With extensive, strategic brand management experience, award-winning design skills and creative direction expertise, Andi has moved her focus from advertising to philanthropy. She serves as a Brand Ambassador for The JustinTime Foundation, the Managing Director for The George Miller Art Society and most recently the Executive Director for Project CheerUP! Project CheerUP! was conceived by her daughter - Founder, Mackenzie Jennings and friends - and it is the greatest honor to be able to continue this movement in her name for years to come. Sofia's Mom
Mom of Founder, Sofia Cordaro, Therese is a Senior Director, at Prudential and was one of the original "moms" of Project CheerUP! After 3 years of volunteerism at PCU, Therese has retired her PCU pink poms for other equally as positive volunteer initiatives. We thank her for all of her work and effort in the implementation of Project CheerUP! and she will forever remain a founder of this movement.

Alessia's Mom
Mom of Founder Alessia, Gaetana is a Human Resources Professional with extensive experience in customer service, recruiting, benefits and administrative support. Proven team leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to create rapport and credibility with diverse groups. Most importantly proud mom of Two Beautiful Girls. Gaetana is the glue that holds Project CheerUP! together.
LISA CASSILLI
Ava's Mom
Mom of Founder Ava, Lisa is a licensed Professional Counselor, Anti-Bullying Specialist, and Approved Clinical Supervisor. An expert on school programming and procedures, as well as child/adolescent development and family system, Lisa provides pro-bono, anti-bullying consultations for teams in need of a positive climate change. She is also an active consultant in local school districts in need of team supervision. Outside her main career she is also an experienced cheer coach and community liaison for the town football and cheer programs. Her motto? "Project CheerUP! gives me life!"
DANIELLE CHRISTIANO
Danielle Christiano-Dearwater is a graduate of Bloomfield (NJ) High School and Montclair State University. She was a competitive Cheerleader on both the high school and collegiate levels.After graduating with a bachelor's degree in education. She returned to her High School alma mater as a Physical Education and health teacher as well as serving as an Assistant Coach with the Bengal Cheerleading Program. Danielle has also taught gymnastics and tumbling at Flippin’ Out (formerly known as Gymnastics World).
Now in her 8th year as Head Coach- the Bengal program has established itself as an integral part of the school community representing BHS not just at athletic competitions but many town wide events including The Holiday Tree lighting, The Bloomfield Education Foundation charity run (Bengal-athon), AP testing Pep rally, Elementary school award ceremonies, greeting attendees at 8th grade open house, first day back to school for teachers, as well the Pediatric Cancer Walk held in town.
Coach Christiano has instilled a strong belief in the value of community service. The squad partcipates annually in the out of darkness suicide awareness walk. A former cheerleader has established a thriving chapter of Glamour gals, in which Danielle became the advisor for- Glamour Gals is defined by, Inspiring conversations and companionship through complimentary beauty makeovers given by teen volunteers to seniors living in residential care. The team also facilitates and hosts the SEC Cheer for the Cure- which has raised over $50,000 toward cancer research and donations to the Community Food bank of NJ.,The Bengals are back to back Champions of the Cheer for the Cure Liberty Division.
MICHELE STIRONE
Michele Cusimano-Stirone is the owner, Director and founder of Meadowlands Starz Cheer and Vice President for Project CheerUP!
She has a combined 30 years of cheer experience from cheering herself, to owning a competition cheer company (Ultimate Cheer & Dance) & coaching. Michele has coached athletes in all areas of cheerleading from catholic schools, recreation, and competitive cheerleading. She has been heavily involved in the youth in her community for over 15 years. In 2014, she completed a year of service as Mayoral appointed position Recreation Director in her community. Michele has always focused on making a difference in the lives of the athletes that attend the Meadowlands Starz program for the past 7 years and intends to keep finding the best ways to help the athletes grow to the best of their ability. Project CheerUP! is now the perfect fit to do so!
TAMMY ELFORT
Proud Cheer Mom of a Male Cheerleader, Nicolas Elfort 2021 Project CheerUP! Ambassador and his two brothers Will and Luke!. She is excited to utilize this platform to Cheer on the Communities we serve.
With 25 years experience in Business Development, Branding, Marketing and Sales, Tammy is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Juniper Village in Bucks County PA. Her current development projects include, Kas’tell Vodka, Jersey Flight Arena Football and F.L.A.M.E.
Tammy is also a Board Member of the Bristol Riverside Theatre. Proud Chamber Member: Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce; Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce and The African American Chamber of Commerce. And with every free second she has, she is always willing to help CheerUP! the World!
